The attendance at our benchrest matches for 2011 has been quite low.  It seems that the shooters have gone on to other sports, moved away, or just lost interest.  As a consequence of this, I have cancelled our plan to hold the 2012 Hunter Benchrest Nationals.  We will still have some matches in 2012 but will probably only hold club matches.  The NBRSA has now adopted varmint for score as a part of their offerings.  This may help build the numbers of shooters.  We will have varmint classes in our matches too.
